ADULT AND ADOLESCENT INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Therapy is an opportunity to build a life worth living by addressing past hurts, pain in the present, transitions, and to allow you move toward the things that are important to you.
Starting therapy can feel like a lot—but just by showing up, you’re already making progress. We’ll take time to build a connection and create a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected.
From there, we’ll focus on what matters most to you—whether it’s managing emotions, treating painful trauma, tackling tough thoughts, navigating relationships, or simply feeling more like yourself again.
Our sessions will mix honesty, empathy, humor, and heart. We’ll work together at your pace, balancing acceptance with growth. I offer personalized, evidence-based care that respects who you are and how your unique identity shapes your experience.

Therapy aims to:

-
Build emotional resilience by learning skills to manage intense feelings without becoming overwhelmed or shutting down.
-
Improve relationships through healthier communication, clearer boundaries, and more effective interpersonal strategies.
-
Increase self-awareness by identifying unhelpful thoughts and patterns and replacing them with more grounded, compassionate perspectives.
-
Create a life worth living by aligning daily actions with your values, goals, and sense of purpose—one step at a time.
You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s walk this path together.

RELATIONSHIP THERAPY
Imagine the relationship you want. Now let's create a way to get there.
Strengthen Your Connection, Together—In All Its Forms
Relationships are as unique as the people in them. Whether you're in a monogamous, polyamorous, queer, or non-traditional partnership, you deserve a space where your love and connection are affirmed and supported.
I’ve been trained in relationship therapy by Alan Fruzzetti, and I firmly believe in the power of clear, consistent, and purposeful conversations. Our work begins by identifying shared goals among partners and creating a safe, respectful space for partners to feel heard and understood.

The goals of relationship therapy are to:

1. Improve communication so you can talk—and truly listen—with empathy and clarity
2. Build emotional intimacy to feel more connected, supported, and seen
3. Develop relationship skills that foster resilience, collaboration, and lasting connections
4. Accurately express emotions and provide validation.
Whether you're facing specific challenges or want to strengthen your partnership for the future, I offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy to help you move forward—together.

ADDICTION
Changing use is about connection, courage, and hope.

Substance use doesn’t happen in a vacuum—it’s often a response to pain, stress, trauma, or emotional overwhelm. I don’t approach addiction with judgment. I approach it with curiosity, compassion, and respect for your lived experience.

Whether you're exploring your relationship with substances, seeking moderation, or pursuing sobriety, I meet you where you are. Using a harm reduction model, our work focuses on reducing risk, building healthier coping strategies, and reconnecting you with your values.
This isn’t about shame or strict rules—it’s about helping you feel more in control, more supported, and more yourself. Together, we’ll uncover what’s driving the behavior, nurture your capacity for self-care, and support meaningful, lasting change.
You're not broken. You're human. And there is a path forward.

INTERGENERATIONAL THERAPY
Healing doesn’t mean the past didn’t happen — it means the future is still yours to shape together.
Families evolve in different ways given social, cultural, and situational factors. Communication may have eroded over the years for a number of reasons, and now you notice a desire to reconnect. Or sometimes families work to understand and support each other when one member of the family is struggling with addiction and/or mental health issues.
Part of the work may entail establishing new communication patterns including a language for describing what is going on. Other times families work on observing healthy boundaries and setting limits. No matter the reason, I am skilled in supporting your growth as a family.
